At Bellway we love to see how you add your personal touches to your new build home interiors, but we’re always amazed by how you transform your outdoor spaces too. We’ve chosen just a few of our favourite new build home gardens, created by real Bellway homeowners, to share ideas and inspiration and get those summer vibes flowing.
@thegemdrewhouse’s year-round garden bar
With the British weather being predictably unpredictable, having a space in your garden that you can enjoy in all conditions is a great advantage.
@thegemdrewhouse have added a covered bar area to their south-facing garden, offering shade from the sunshine and shelter from the rain. Complete with the large patio and hot tub, this garden is ready to be enjoyed at any time of year.
An elegant pergola by @living_at_ourmisbourne
The fabulously eclectic style of @living_at_ourmisbourne continues into their garden too, with an inviting pergola seating area that is accessorised to perfection.
We love the small details, from the summery cushions and outdoor rug to the chic decorative screens – it’s the ideal place for hosting drinks with friends, or to simply curl up with a book and a brew.
@prettypinkplane’s peaceful patio
The blank canvas of a new build home garden gives you the freedom to create an outdoor space that truly suits your lifestyle, and not everyone wants to spend their precious free time cutting grass or pruning flowers.
@prettypinkplane have created a spacious patio that is low maintenance yet high impact, with evergreen trees and shrubs surrounding a sun-drenched seating area, complete with on-trend sleeper arches that pull it all together.
A perfect playroom at @homesby.st
From alfresco offices to garden gyms, we’ve seen Bellway homeowners adding outdoor cabins and pods to their new homes for many different purposes, but the children’s playroom at @homesby.st might be our favourite idea yet: providing a dedicated space for their toddler to play safely, whilst cleverly keeping all of the toys and chaos contained!
However from the outside you’d never guess that this was a kid’s haven, thanks to the elegant design and grown-up touches including the living wall-effect panels, classic rattan furniture and of course, the ubiquitous egg chair.
A chic social space at @our_rosemont_home
The patio area at @our_rosemont_home is transformed into a cosy space for socialising with comfortable, contemporary furniture, and a bold monochrome outdoor rug.
The statement yellow nesting tables add a sunny splash of colour and the firepit is ready for the arrival of the cooler nights – even if we’re not.
